Also the axle seal isn't that bad to do you need to remove the cv shaft then it's just a simple remove the seal and install the new one.

To get the broken ones out, use a high quality flat end punch and a hammer to drive them backwards toward the center of your differential and eventually out of the flange. Everything seemed to be in great condition and the axle was wrapped well. That worked just fine and cheaper.
